We do not offer refunds exsept for faulty or damaged stock due to hygeine standards. If your slime arrives damaged in the post please send pictures to help@sassyslimes.co.uk and we will confirm details of your refund or exchange.

Your purchase will be packed and dispatched within 1-7 days and will be sent by the royal mail second class small parcel service which takes 2-5 days.
