We do not offer refunds except for faulty or damaged stock due to hygiene standards.

If your slime arrives damaged in the post please send pictures to help@sassyslimes.co.uk and we will confirm details of your refund or exchange.

Your purchase will be packaged within 1-7 days and will be sent by Hermes small parcel tracked service which takes 2-5 days.
